We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account. We also collect information about your activity on the Platform, including listings you view, offers you submit, and messages you send.
If you connect via Google, we receive your name and email from Google's authentication service. We do not receive your Google password.
We use your information to: operate and improve the Platform; send transactional notifications (offer alerts, status updates); respond to your support requests; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you submit an offer, your name is shared with the listing's seller so they can respond. Your email address is only shared as part of a completed transaction when you and a counterparty have agreed to terms. We do not expose your contact information to other users without your consent.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum information needed for each service to function.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell behavioral data. Basic analytics may be collected to understand how the Platform is used.
We retain your account information and transaction history as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

LandXchange is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
